Drinking & Process Water Tanks – England
As part of the expansion of its international operations, APRO Industrie was commissioned by a British industrial company to design a sustainable and technically robust water storage solution. The project required high performance standards as well as seamless integration into existing infrastructure.
Project context: Site characteristics
The client operates a large-scale industrial facility requiring strict water management across multiple production processes.
Located in a semi-urban area, the site presents spatial constraints, high-frequency water usage, and a continuous need for reliable and durable equipment.
Local climatic conditions, as well as the nature of the water involved (including industrial and process water), were also key factors in defining a suitable long-term solution.
Objectives of the installation:
Several tank configurations were proposed to meet the specific technical and operational requirements of the installation.
Our solution:
- One 400 m³ painted glass-fused-to-steel supply tank with a steel base
- Two 412 m³ painted Magnelis steel process water tanks
- One 300 m³ painted Magnelis steel buffer tank for industrial water
This turnkey solution ensures optimal storage capacity and reliable operation of the client’s industrial processes, while guaranteeing durability, efficiency, and long-term performance.
