Main Applications of Digesters and Biogas Tanks
APRO Industrie's anaerobic digester and methaniser solutions are suitable for both industrial applications (food processing, pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, etc.) and local government applications (wastewater sludge treatment, liquid-phase methanisation of household waste, etc.). Each anaerobic digestion tank is designed to regulate interior temperature and promote bacteria growth to produce renewable energy, ensuring optimal effluent treatment and renewable energy production.
Materials Used for APRO Industrie Anaerobic Digesters and Biogas Plants
Our anaerobic digesters are made of steel with specialised coatings, providing solutions perfectly adapted to the characteristics of the effluent and gas environment (temperature, chloride content, H₂S concentration, etc.). Digester tank insulation is integrated into each design to reduce heat loss, maintain optimal thermal insulation of the tank vessel, and ensure stable anaerobic digestion conditions. The bolted steel design allows for quick installation (delivered as a kit) and simplified maintenance, ensuring a service life of over 30 years. Tanks are compatible with both rigid conical roofs and flexible covers (single or double membranes) and can incorporate wall insulation and foam insulation solutions for optimal thermal conductivity performance.
