Materials Used for APRO Industrie Demineralised Water Tanks
To ensure optimal resistance and prevent contamination, the tanks are made with the following materials:
- Galvanised steel with a PVC liner
- Epoxy-coated steel with mastic sealing
- Glass-fused-to-steel with mastic sealing
- Stainless steel with a PVC liner or mastic sealing
Glass-fused-to-steel and epoxy-coated steel tanks can be fitted with floors made from the same material. This protects the underlying concrete foundations by avoiding the use of protective resins, which require regular renewal.
