Galvanised Steel Covers

Galvanised steel covers are simple, cost-effective and durable solutions. They are commonly used on standard liquid storage tanks for applications such as firewater and rainwater storage.

Conical Covers with External Beams

Our conical covers with external beams feature galvanised steel support beams fitted with stainless steel, epoxy-coated steel, or glass-fused-to-steel panels. These solutions offer optimal compatibility and performance for covering anaerobic digestion tanks, tanks storing products sensitive to external contamination or those with highly corrosive gas atmospheres.

Fibreglass Covers

Our fibreglass covers are an alternative to metal covers and are suitable for installations in highly aggressive environments and/or with very corrosive gas atmospheres. Whether flat or conical, they are particularly well suited to circular structures.

Why do tanks need a cover?

What material is used for the cover?

Aluminium is often the preferred material due to its lightness, durability, and corrosion resistance. Galvanised or stainless steel is used in more demanding environments where higher durability is required.

Are all covers suitable for use in corrosive environments?

Not all covers are suitable for corrosive environments. It is essential to choose the right material to ensure durability and efficiency. Aluminium and stainless steel are highly recommended due to their excellent corrosion resistance. Composite covers also perform well in harsh conditions.
