FAQs - Fibreglass Covers

Find the answers to the most frequently asked questions about our fibreglass covers, including information on their lifespan and lead times.

What is the lifespan of fibreglass covers?

Our fibreglass composite/GRP roofing solutions are durable and UV-resistant. Depending on their operating environment and exposure to various corrosive substances, our covers typically last for over 20 years.

What are the average lead times for manufacturing and installing a fibreglass roof?

Allow for 10–12 weeks from order confirmation to delivery. The time required for installation depends on the size and shape of the cover. For example, installation of a double-sided cover measuring less than 6 m takes half a day, whereas a conical cover with a diameter of 20 m takes several days.

Our Other Covers and Roofs

Our range of covers can be adapted to meet a wide variety of requirements in terms of cost, chemical compatibility, specific equipment, snow and wind loads, and seismic requirements using materials such as stainless steel, galvanised steel, and aluminium.
