Our bolted steel tanks comply with international standards (ACS, WRAS, NSF/DWI), as well as European regulations for food-grade liquid storage and potable water contact (EU 10/2011 and 1245/2020).

Cylindrical tanks made of factory-prefabricated steel panels, delivered in kits and assembled on site by bolting
Tanks are available in various steel options (glass-fused-to-steel, epoxy-coated steel, stainless steel, or galvanized steel) to provide the best solution for each stored liquid and installation environment
Reinforced with hot-dip galvanised steel angle sections curved to match the tank diameter
All reinforcement elements are made of hot-dip galvanised steel
Sealing system ensured either by a prefabricated technical membrane manufactured to the tank’s dimensions or by applying a mastic sealing between the panels
The sealing system is adapted according to applicable drinking water standards
Roof (conical or dome-shaped) protects the water from light and external impurities, ensuring perfect tightness and preserving water quality

Tanks must comply with the regulations of the relevant country. Materials in direct contact with the liquid must be inert or within the global and specific migration limits of applicable standards. The roof must be fully watertight, and the residence time should not exceed 48 hours to preserve water quality. Regular cleaning should also be carried out.
