Our Solutions for Digestion and Fermentation
Digesters
Our bolted steel digesters are designed to optimise biogas production while ensuring the stability of the biological process. Compatible with various roof configurations and agitators, they offer robustness and flexibility for all types of effluents.
Hydrolysis Tanks
APRO Industrie hydrolysis tanksfacilitate the initial breakdown of organic matter, which is essential for maximising digestion efficiency. Their modular design enables them to be seamlessly integrated within the unit.
Post-Digesters
Our post-digesters facilitate continued anaerobic digestion following the primary digestion process. This enables maximum energy recovery from the feedstock while ensuring the stabilisation of the digestate.
Digestate Storage
Our storage tanks have a capacity of up to 10,000 m³ of digestate. Thanks to their glass-fused-to-steel or coated steel tanks, they offer excellent resistance to aggressive environments and the mechanical stresses associated with large volumes.
Sludge Tanks
APRO Industrie also designs sludge tanks. These are key components for complete anaerobic digestion plants installations, ensuring site safety and performance.
Technical Features of Our Solutions
Thanks to their bolted steel construction, our tanks can be built up to 45 metres in diameter and 30 metres in height, with a diameter-to-height ratio greater than 0.3. A variety of coatings provide excellent resistance to corrosive gases and high temperatures. They offer fast installation, a service life of over 30 years and low maintenance requirements.
