Our tanks are designed for the storage and treatment of leachate generated by landfill and waste management facilities. Our glass-fused-to-steel tanks are designed to safely store a wide range of leachates with varying chemical compositions, for storage prior to treatment before discharge in accordance with environmental regulations.

Our Solutions for Leachate Storage

We offer glass-fused-to-steel tanks which, thanks to the chemical inertness and resistance of the glass coating, can store a wide range of leachates, ranging from mildly to highly aggressive, with varying physico-chemical compositions. Tank covers are designed according to the corrosiveness of the gas atmosphere and any equipment to be installed, such as pendulum agitators or safety valves.

Technical Features of Our Solutions

Our cylindrical tanks are made of factory-prefabricated steel panels, supplied in kit form and assembled on site using bolted connections.

Tanks for leachate storage are available in different material options: glass-fused-to-steel, epoxy-coated, stainless or galvanised steel, with two sealing options to meet your needs, whether permanent or temporary, to provide the most appropriate technical and cost-effective solution.
The structure is reinforced with hot-dip galvanised steel angle sections, shaped to fit the diameter of the tank.
All tanks are supplied with standard cathodic protection to enhance corrosion resistance and extend service life.
